Abstracts

All of these abstracts started with photos of Alamos, Mexico.  Samples from the original photos were taken, sometimes rotated, sometimes layered with variations of opacity, sometimes woven together with other Alamos photo samples to create something new.  I hope that the abstracts convey my appreciation for the rich and layered history of the region as reflected in its structures.  A card that shows the original photos that were used comes with each abstract.
